专利说明:

The invention relates to a foundation arrangement as set out in the preamble of claim 1.
The solution according to the invention, i.e. the foundation arrangement, is suitable for use in the foundations of various structures and buildings, such as, for example, foundations for sound and noise reducing and noise reducing protective structures, such as noise barriers.
As is known, the lowest parts of the foundations of various structures and buildings are usually the legs, which are nowadays usually made of concrete or reinforced concrete. If the load-bearing capacity of the ground beneath the foot is poor, it must be improved, for example, by piling with screw piles. However, screw piles are not suitable if there is rocks or quarries in the soil.
Alternatively, the bearing capacity of the soil can be improved by mass changes or lightening fillings. However, they are heavy and require a lot of space and installation takes a lot of time. The above problems also incur a lot of costs.
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art and to provide a new type of foundation arrangement by means of which the foundations of different structures or N buildings can be made more easily and inexpensively than previous solutions.
The arrangement according to the invention is characterized by what E is shown in the characterizing part of claim 1. Other embodiments of the invention N are characterized by what is set forth in the other claims.
S 35
OS In order to achieve its purpose, a foundation arrangement according to the invention comprises a foundation comprising at least a filler surrounded by a reinforcing mesh. The foot comprises a substantially plate-like base portion and one or more stiffeners attached to the base. The structure to be attached to the foot on the foundation is a post, such as a vertical post of a fence.
The advantage of the solution according to the invention is that the soil under the foundation of the building or structure, possibly poorly bearing, does not have to be piled or improved by mass exchanges or lightening fillings. This has the advantage, among other things, that the solution according to the invention is faster and easier to make than previously known solutions, as a result of which construction is speeded up. In addition, the arrangement according to the invention is more flexibly suitable for use with several types of subsoil. Another advantage is that the solution reduces the amount of concrete required. In addition, the advantage is that the foundation can be made lighter than with previously known solutions. Due to the above-mentioned advantages, the solution according to the invention also reduces costs. In the following, the invention will be described in more detail by means of application examples with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which N Fig. 1 shows a side view and a simplified view of one vertical fence N parts of one foundation arrangement according to the invention, Q 35 Fig. 3 shows a top view and a simplified view of N parts of another foundation arrangement according to the invention.
Figure 1 shows a side view and a simplified view of a fence structure using the foundation solution according to the invention.
The fence structure comprises vertical posts 1 set up at a distance from each other and fixed on the foundation 2 in a substantially vertical position.
Various fences or walls can be arranged between the vertical posts 1, such as sound-insulating noise walls.
The foundation 2 is made below the ground 3 and consists of a foot 4 made in this application example from a metal plate, such as a steel plate, and a filler 5 arranged around it, such as crushed stone, around which a reinforcing mesh 6 or geogrid is arranged.
The aggregate 5 is, for example, crushed stone, gravel, rock, moraine, slag, concrete or aerated concrete, or any suitable combination of the above, or any other suitable substance or combination of substances.
In addition, two stiffeners 8 are attached to the foot 4. Preferably, the reinforcing mesh 6 and the filler 5 inserted therein are arranged to run substantially under the entire fence structure, forming a uniform long foundation 2. The uniform long structure of the foundation 2 provides a very good counterweight to the fence structure or some part of it would fall under the influence of a strong wind, for example.
A similar foundation solution can also be used in other types of structures or buildings than the exemplary fence structure.
N A foot 4 N is arranged in the foundation for the vertical posts 1 and the filler 5 acts as a supporting base 2 for the vertical post 1 <Q 30 with the foot 4.
The sole 4 is arranged substantially in the middle of the filler 5 packed inside the reinforcing net 6.
The lower part of the upright 1E is below the ground 3 and is fastened to the foot 4 N substantially perpendicularly by fastening members 7 comprising, for example, four threaded rods, one for each corner of the upright Q 35 1 and suitable nuts and other necessary parts.
In connection with the fastening members 7, there are further means for adjusting the vertical post 1 so that it can be mounted in a vertical position.
These adjusting means may comprise
for example, the nuts used to attach the post, as well as other tools and parts. Figure 2 shows a top view and a simplified foundation of a fence structure using one foundation solution according to the invention. The foot 4 comprises a plate-shaped base part 4a. Antura 4 in this application example is a rectangular steel plate, the first sides of which are longer than the second sides. Mounting members 7 for the vertical post are attached to the foot 4. In addition, two stiffeners 8 are attached to the foot 4, which are parallel to the longer side of the foot 4. The stiffeners 8 are, for example, plates, beams or similar elongate elements made of steel, which strengthen and stiffen the sole 4, i.e. the steel plate, so that it cannot bend or twist. The stiffeners 8 are attached, for example, to the upper surface of the foot, for example by welding. Figure 3 shows a top view and a simplified foundation of a fence structure using one other foundation solution according to the invention. The foot 4 comprises a plate-shaped base part 4a. In this application example, the foot 4 is a rectangular steel plate, the first sides of which are longer than the second sides. Fastening members 7 for the vertical post are attached to the sensor 4. In addition, two stiffeners 8 are attached to the foot 4, which are arranged crosswise substantially parallel to the diagonals of the rectangular shape N of the foot 4. In addition to N, one stiffener 8 is attached to the foot 4, which is parallel to the longer <Q 30 side of the foot 4. In addition, two shorter side stiffeners 8 are fastened to the foot 4. The threaded rods of the fastening members 7 are preferably supported on the stiffeners 8.
The main idea of the invention is that by means of the reinforcing net 6, the Q 35 filler 5 acts as a counterweight as a uniform, large element against the collapse of the structure and against slipping compared to the loose filling, whereby the sole weight does not have to be increased due to the counterweight.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the various embodiments of the invention are not limited to the examples set forth above, but may vary within the scope of the protection requirements set forth below. Thus, for example, the foundation arrangement according to the invention can be used in the foundations of other types of structures or buildings than in the foundations of the fence structure described above, such as the foundations of residential houses.
It is also clear to a person skilled in the art that the foundation arrangement according to the invention can be used with foundations other than the one comprising the steel sole foundation described above, such as a concrete sole or a reinforced concrete sole or another composite sole. It will also be apparent to one skilled in the art that the stiffeners in the sole may be different and / or may be fitted to the sole in a different manner than described above.
